Commands & Colors: The Great War: The Great War board game. The game allows players to portray important engagements throughout World War I history. The battles focus on the historical deployment of important forces and terrain features of trench fighting at scale with the game system. The scale of the game is flexible and varies from battle to battle. In some scenarios, some infantry units might represent an entire wing of a larger battle, while in other scenarios a unit might represent just a few brave soldiers going over. The Command card drives the movement system, creates a “fog of war” and presents players with many interesting opportunities; while combat battle dice resolves quickly and efficiently.
